Refund and Returns Policy
1. Our Guarantee
At College Soups, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality, and delicious meals. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if the quality of the product is unsatisfactory, we will make it right through a refund or credit.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we **do not accept returns** of soup or other food items once they have been delivered. All sales are final, subject only to the refund conditions detailed below.
We cannot offer a refund or credit for:
- Items that have been consumed or partially consumed.
- Orders where the customer provides an incorrect delivery address.
- Issues arising from improper storage after delivery (e.g., leaving the soup unrefrigerated).
3. Refund Request Process
If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us **within 2 hours of delivery** to be eligible for review. Please provide the following information to expedite your request:
- Your Order Number and Name.
- A clear description of the issue (e.g., incorrect item, soup spilled, quality concern).
- Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item(s) (where applicable).

4. Refund Processing
Upon review, College Soups reserves the right to offer one of the following resolutions:
- Full Refund: If the error was significant (e.g., non-delivery, major quality issue), a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refund: A partial refund may be issued for minor discrepancies or single incorrect items.
- Store Credit: We may offer a credit for future orders in lieu of a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
