1. Our Guarantee

At College Soups, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality, and delicious meals. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if the quality of the product is unsatisfactory, we will make it right through a refund or credit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we **do not accept returns** of soup or other food items once they have been delivered. All sales are final, subject only to the refund conditions detailed below.

We cannot offer a refund or credit for:

  • Items that have been consumed or partially consumed.
  • Orders where the customer provides an incorrect delivery address.
  • Issues arising from improper storage after delivery (e.g., leaving the soup unrefrigerated).

3. Refund Request Process

If you experience an issue with your order, you must contact us **within 2 hours of delivery** to be eligible for review. Please provide the following information to expedite your request:

  1. Your Order Number and Name.
  2. A clear description of the issue (e.g., incorrect item, soup spilled, quality concern).
  3. Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item(s) (where applicable).

4. Refund Processing

Upon review, College Soups reserves the right to offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Full Refund: If the error was significant (e.g., non-delivery, major quality issue), a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refund: A partial refund may be issued for minor discrepancies or single incorrect items.
  • Store Credit: We may offer a credit for future orders in lieu of a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
